Harken Roll Pins

Harken produced the Roll Pin Model until 1987, and was available for boats from 22' to 45'. The roll pins were a simple installation system that were very reliable, provided the system was installed properly. Installation failures were caused by the failure to properly Locktite the roll pins and connectors together by the installer. There are many of these units are still in service, and working properly, however, replacement foils and connectors are no longer available.

• UNIT 0 - for headstay wire 5/32", 3/16" and 7/32" - boat 22' - 31' LOA
• UNIT 1 - for headstay wire of 1/4" and 9/32" or boats from 27' to 36' LOA
• UNIT 2 - for headstay wire of 5/16" or 3/8" or boats from 34' to 45' LOA
• Unit 2 Spool Upgrade and Conversion - for retrofitting old aluminum spools with new plastic version
